Ocean's 16Eleven: Accessible Beach Retreat

Our house was originally built for a person in a wheelchair, and we’ve found that the accessible design makes it an easy and comfortable space for all people and pets to stay with these features: - no steps in the house, other than the front porch - all doorways are 36” wide - grab-bars in both bathrooms - bathtub transfer bench - concrete ramp to the side door gives easy access for wheelchairs and strollers - retractable baby gates on the porch and ramp keep children and pets safe as needed Primary bedroom: - king-sized bed - en suite full bathroom - adjacent study/office set up with high-speed internet, monitor, and everything you need to work comfortably and efficiently away from home. Other bedrooms: - queen bedroom - bunk bedroom w/ full bed below and a twin bunk above - large full bathroom in the hallway between queen & bunk bedrooms Living room: - sleeper sofa - smart TV - games, puzzles, books & magazines Kitchen: - fully-stocked with cookware & spices - flexible seating for 4+ people - dishwasher - washer & dryer - tankless water heater Baby/kid items available: - mini-crib - toddler cot - misc. books, toys, and games A small fenced front yard gives pups an outdoor space to enjoy while waiting for their beach walk! There are 2 street parking places currently. We hope to have our garage available for parking soon. *Our family moved into the house 3 years ago (for a temporary stay that lasted longer than expected because we loved being there so much!), which is why there is a gap in reviews -- we just re-listed this summer after moving to the other side of the neighborhood.*

Pets and their owners must be house-trained. No noisy parties; please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm-6am. No smoking allowed anywhere on the property. Please leave our home in the same condition in which you found it. Thank you!
